Stricken with a serious case of wanderlust, Owen (Pettyfer) and Natalie (Bellisario) set out on a road trip in an attempt to find themselves before heading off the college. Their first night driving, however, their car is hit, spiraling into a ditch and sending them spiraling into unconsciousness. Awaking the next day bound to two chairs in a strange house, they meet Marley (Cassidy), an escaped mental patient who plans on playing a dangerous game with them. The only way to win her torturous game is to stay alive until daybreak — the catch? Only one person can win. One way or another, someone’s going to die tonight.
